TYLER, TX area: The Green Zone is the Veteran Service branch of Andrews Center in Tyler, Tx. They can provide counseling and services to veterans via a number of avenues such as psychiatric doctor services, counseling and case management paid for either by billing Tricare, Champva, or fee for service cards (VA Fee Basis).
